  • The payment are made into the resources account as per the contract with them

  • We manage resource requirements and document the same in the contract.
  • At the same time, we provide special staff deployment requirements through managing monthly and weekly staff allocations to optimize customer costs and  improve operational efficiency for sustained customer business growth.

The payroll is managed by WidFast while they are deployed at the customer’s site

  • We have clear hiring management journey whereby we have collaborations with talent acquisition companies, our professional network as well as referral programs which contribute to pool development
  • We have clear hiring process which includes documentation and compliance check before we proceed to interviews and undertake the hiring journey

  • There is self management and task management training which includes role wise job description
  • Further we have a compliance and Performance Management module to enable the resources

  • Rigorous Pre-Screening:
    Before deployment, all candidates go under strict screening, including skills assessment, background checks, and reference verification.
  • Comprehensive Induction and Training:
    We provide site-specific induction training covering health & safety, company policies, and operational expectations to ensure every worker understands standards from day one.
  • Onsite Supervision and Regular Audits:
    Our team conducts regular health checks, attendance monitoring, and behavioural audits. Immediate corrective action is taken if any deviation is observed.
  • Clear Code of Conduct:
    Every worker signs a code of conduct agreement outlining expected professional behavior, safety compliance, and work ethics.
  • Ongoing Performance Management:
    We maintain open communication channels with both our staff and client supervisors. Regular feedback sessions help us identify issues early and apply corrective coaching or disciplinary measures as needed.
  • Replacement Policy:
    In cases of repeated non-compliance, we have a swift replacement policy to minimize disruption to operations.

  • After the Orientation we have a clear process of compliance check, periodic training, health check and customer feedback.
  • In case of any observation from the customer we conduct a one on one coaching session with the respective staff member, either in the presence of the customer's supervisor or independently.
  • We notify areas of opportunities and re-align the compliance and performance expectations.
  • We assess the respective staff in that period of compliance and performance improvement as or in case mutually aligned with the customer’s supervisor.
  • We reconnect with the respective staff member. In case of improvement as per the expectations from the customer’s supervisor, we re-align the compliance and KPI’s with the staff followed by both compliance and performance review and surprise health checks.
  • In case of none improvement after initial one on one we will replace the staff member as aligned and agreed with the customer.
